NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Void where prohibited.

ELIGIBILITY

The Noxgear Destination Run Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Noxgear LLC (the “Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to participate. The Promotion is void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and where prohibited by law.

PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on November 2, 2025, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on November 18, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer system is the official timekeeping device.

Sponsor may, at its discretion, extend or reopen bonus entry periods beyond the original Promotion Period. Any such extensions will be announced via official Noxgear channels (e.g., website, email, or social media).

HOW TO ENTER

During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants will automatically receive one (1) entry for every $1 USD in their order placed on noxgear.com. Order value excludes taxes, shipping, discounts, and gift cards. Entrants may also participate without purchase by mailing a 3×5 card with their full name, mailing address, email, and phone number to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by November 10, 2025, and received by November 15, 2025. Mail-in entrants may submit one (1) entry per postmarked envelope. Each envelope must contain only a single completed entry card; multiple cards in a single envelope will count as one (1) entry.

Mail-in entrants may submit up to twenty-five (25) envelopes per person, each envelope counting as one (1) entry. Any entries received beyond this limit will not be counted. This limit ensures mail-in entries received during the Promotion Period can be processed accurately and fairly.

Sponsor may, at its discretion, offer “bonus entry” periods during the Promotion (e.g., 2X entries per $1) and may extend or reopen such bonus periods beyond the original Promotion Period. All such windows will be announced via official Noxgear channels.

DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION

A random drawing will be conducted on or about November 20, 2025, from all eligible entries received. Each entry, whether obtained through purchase or mail-in, has an equal chance of being selected in the drawing. The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone within five (5) business days. The winner must complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release, and IRS W-9 form within five (5) calendar days of notification. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

GRAND PRIZE DETAILS

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a Destination Run Trip Package valued at up to $4,999. Package includes:

Round-trip economy or economy-plus airfare for winner (from a major airport near their residence) to the selected event destination within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.

Hotel accommodations (up to 3 nights) arranged by Noxgear. Lodging will be a standard-rated hotel selected by Noxgear (approximately 3–4-star quality). No private rentals or Airbnb-type accommodations permitted.

Event registration for the run event chosen by the winner.

Noxgear gear of the winner’s choice, up to $350 retail value, subject to availability. This amount may be adjusted downward to maintain a total prize value not exceeding $4,999.

Winner must confirm their selected event by December 31, 2025, or no later than 90 days before the event date, whichever occurs first. The event must take place in 2026 and be located within the contiguous United States.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT PROCESS

After winner confirmation, Noxgear will coordinate all bookings (airfare, lodging, and event entry) directly. The winner must provide necessary personal information (e.g., full legal name, date of birth, contact details) solely for travel arrangements. All personal data will be handled in accordance with Noxgear’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Noxgear will pay vendors directly. The winner will not be reimbursed for self-booked travel or accommodations unless explicitly authorized in writing by Noxgear.

If the winner elects to drive instead of flying, Noxgear will reimburse mileage at the current IRS standard rate for round-trip travel, not to exceed the total maximum prize value.

The winner is responsible for complying with any COVID-19 or other health/travel restrictions.

Travel dates are subject to availability.

CANCELLATIONS AND SUBSTITUTIONS

If the chosen event is canceled or rescheduled, Noxgear will make reasonable efforts to help the winner select another qualifying event within 2026. Noxgear reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the original cannot be provided. If the winner is unable to travel due to illness, emergency, or other valid reason, Noxgear may, at its sole discretion, permit rescheduling provided that travel has not yet been booked. Once travel is confirmed, no substitutions, cash equivalents, or reimbursements will be made for any reason, including cancellations or no-shows.

EXCLUSIONS

The following are not included in the prize and are the sole responsibility of the winner: – Meals, beverages, or gratuities – Local ground transportation (rental car, rideshare, taxis, etc.) – Personal or incidental expenses – Travel insurance or other personal coverage

TAXES AND REPORTING

The total prize value will not exceed $4,999. Winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes. If required, Noxgear will issue an IRS Form 1099 for the value of the prize awarded.

PUBLICITY

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Noxgear permission to use their name, likeness, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Noxgear, its affiliates, employees, agents, and partners from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation or prize use, including personal injury, property damage, or travel-related incidents.

PRIVACY

Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used solely for administering the Sweepstakes and in accordance with Noxgear’s Privacy Policy.

GOVERNING LAW, DISPUTES, ARBITRATION

All issues and disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

This Promotion is subject to binding arbitration. By participating, entrants agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules; (b) any arbitral award shall be final and binding, and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction; (c) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (d) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.

DATA & SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, or any other social media platform. By entering, entrants agree to release such platforms from any liability related to or arising from this Promotion.

RIGHT TO MODIFY, SUSPEND, OR TERMINATE

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion or any part of it if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such events, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize using all non-suspect, eligible entries received as of the termination date.

ENTRY TAMPERING

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process, associated systems, or otherwise attempting to undermine the operation of the Promotion in any way, including through automated or fraudulent entry methods.

UPDATE NOTICE
These Official Rules were updated on November 13, 2025 to extend the Promotion Period through November 16, 2025 and clarify Sponsor’s right to extend or reopen bonus entry periods.
