Overview

If the product fails during the course of normal use (excluding damage or failure resulting from misuse or neglect) within the first year of ownership, we will repair or replace the product (at Noxgear’s discretion based on the nature of the failure) at no charge to the customer (excluding the cost of shipping the product from the customer to Noxgear, LLC).

International customers must pay all shipping, handling and import/export expenses for the return of the product.

To initiate a Warranty return you will first need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, please email [email protected] and we’ll help you start the process.

If it has been longer than 1 Year, please also contact us at [email protected] and we will still be able to help you out! We offer both repair services and/or replacement parts as needed for a small fee.
