Warranty

Overview

If the product fails in normal use within the first year of ownership, we will repair or replace the product at no charge to the customer (excluding the cost of shipping the product from the customer to Noxgear, LLC).

International customers must pay all shipping, handling and import/export expenses for the return of the product.

To initiate a Warranty return you will first need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, please email support@noxgear.com and we’ll help you start the process.

If it has been longer than 1 Year, please also contact us at support@noxgear.com and we will still be able to help you out! We offer both repair services and/or replacement parts as needed for a small fee.
