All orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS).
We ship all orders placed before 7 PM ET on the next business day using USPS Priority and First Class shipping. During holidays, increased order volume may cause shipping times to vary.
When your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Standard transit times
Domestic: 1-3 business days
International: 4-15 business days from receipt by the international carrier.
All international shipments are subject to any applicable import duties or taxes at the discretion of local customs regulatory bodies in the country of import.
Due to the impact of COVID-19, special measures are in place by both USPS and many international carriers, and significant transit delays may be in effect.

All Noxgear products come with a 45-day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied AND you have not damaged the product through neglect or misuse, please contact our customer support using this form.
You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to us.
Once the product has been returned and verified to be in acceptable condition we will issue the exchanged product or a full refund back to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for this process. Refunds are only guaranteed within 45 days of the original order date.
