NOXGEAR RUN OF A LIFETIME SWEEPSTAKES 2026 · OFFICIAL RULES

Winners never pay to receive a prize. Noxgear will never ask a winner for a payment, a fee, a credit card number or bank account details. We contact winners only by the email or phone number they entered with, never through social media direct messages. If someone claiming to be Noxgear asks you for money, it is a scam: report it at reportfraud.ftc.gov.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING BEYOND WHAT THE FREE METHODS OF ENTRY IN SECTION 4 PROVIDE. Void where prohibited.
These Official Rules govern the Noxgear Run of a Lifetime Sweepstakes 2026 (the “Promotion”) and are a binding contract between you and Noxgear LLC. By entering, you agree to them, including the release in Section 12 and the requirement in Section 16 that disputes be resolved individually by binding arbitration, without class actions or jury trials. This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram), X, TikTok, WhatsApp or any other platform.
1. Sponsor
Noxgear LLC, 966 Proprietors Rd, Worthington, Ohio 43085 (“Sponsor”). Entry is managed through SweepWidget on noxgear.com.
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older when they enter. Not open to employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates and its advertising and promotion agencies, or to their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and members of their households. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and where prohibited.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion starts at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) on Friday, October 16, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time (PT) on Wednesday, November 11, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor may extend the Promotion Period by posting the new end date on this page before the Promotion Period ends; entries already received stay valid, and the mail-in deadlines in Method 9 move by the same number of days. Purchase entries (Method 8) are available from 8:00 p.m. ET on Wednesday, October 28, 2026. Sponsor’s computer is the official clock. Entries outside these times are void.
4. Ways to Enter, Including Free Methods
All online methods use the entry form at noxgear.com/run-of-a-lifetime. Enter with your own name and email address; one person, one email address. Entries are tracked by email address.
Method 1 · Free online entry (no purchase). 50 entries. Enter your name and email on the entry form. By entering, you agree to receive Noxgear marketing emails; you can unsubscribe at any time (see “Staying subscribed” below). Once per person.
Method 2 · Refer a friend (no purchase). 50 entries per friend. After entering you get a personal share link. You earn 50 entries each time a different eligible person enters through your link using Method 1. The friend also gets their own 50. Maximum 50 referrals (2,500 entries) per person. Referrals must be real, distinct, eligible people; entering yourself or invented people through your own link voids those entries and may disqualify you.
Method 3 · Text sign-up (no purchase). 50 entries. Subscribe to Noxgear marketing texts through the Run of a Lifetime text sign-up form, where offered. Credited within about 24 hours. Once per person and per mobile number. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of entry or of winning. Message and data rates may apply.
Method 4 · Email bonuses (no purchase). 25 entries per code or claim link. Codes or claim links published in Noxgear Run of a Lifetime emails, where offered, entered on the entry form or claimed by clicking the link during the Promotion Period. Each once per person.
Method 5 · Dream race (no purchase). 25 entries. Answer “Which race, and why?” on the entry form, where offered. Once per person.
Method 6 · Add to calendar (no purchase). 10 entries, where offered. Once per person.
Method 7 · Instagram share (no purchase). 10 entries for sharing Noxgear’s Run of a Lifetime post, where offered. Once per person.
Method 8 · Purchase. 1 entry per $1. Every order placed on noxgear.com during the purchase window in Section 3 earns 1 entry for each whole US dollar of merchandise paid, after discounts and excluding tax and shipping, for the billing email on the order. If you have already entered, use the same email at checkout so all of your entries are counted together. No limit. Sponsor may designate products that earn 2 entries per $1; designated products are marked on noxgear.com while the designation applies. Entries for returned, refunded or cancelled items are removed. Orders created by Sponsor (replacements, reshipments, complimentary orders) do not earn entries. Purchases on Amazon, at retailers or anywhere other than noxgear.com do not earn entries.
Method 9 · Free mail-in entry (no purchase, no internet). 25 entries per envelope. Hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number and date of birth on a 3×5 card. Mail it in its own envelope to: Noxgear Run of a Lifetime 2026 Entry, 966 Proprietors Rd, Worthington, OH 43085. One card per envelope. No limit on the number of envelopes. Must be postmarked by November 11, 2026 and received by November 14, 2026. Mechanically reproduced, illegible or incomplete cards are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged or postage-due mail.
Sponsor may add or remove online bonus methods (2–7) during the Promotion; each is shown on the entry form with its value while it is offered.
Staying subscribed. Bonus entries (Methods 2–7) and doubling entries (Section 5) count only if the entrant is still subscribed to Noxgear marketing email at the time of the drawing. Unsubscribing before the drawing forfeits those entries. Method 1, 8 and 9 entries are never forfeited. Text message status does not affect any entries.
Entry totals shown on the entry form are for convenience. Sponsor’s records control.
5. Doubling
Doubling window: 8:00 p.m. ET Wednesday, October 28, 2026 through 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) Sunday, November 1, 2026. An entrant who places a qualifying Method 8 order during the doubling window receives additional entries equal to all of their eligible entries (all methods, including purchase entries) earned through the end of the doubling window. Once per person. Doubling entries are credited after the window closes, by November 2, 2026. Entries earned after the window are not doubled. If the qualifying order is cancelled or fully refunded, the doubling entries are removed.
Free doubling by mail. Hand-print “DOUBLE” with your full name and email address on a 3×5 card and mail it in its own envelope to the Method 9 address, postmarked by October 31, 2026 and received by November 4, 2026. The entrant with that email address receives the same doubling, on the same terms, without a purchase. A “DOUBLE” card counts as a doubling request, not as a Method 9 entry.
6. Drawing and Odds
One Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about November 24, 2026, conducted by Sponsor. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification and Verification
The potential winner will be contacted by email and/or phone within 5 business days of the drawing, using the details entered. They must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability and Publicity Release, a Travel Release and an IRS Form W-9 within 5 calendar days of notification. The winner’s guest must sign a Liability and Publicity Release and a Travel Release before travel is booked. Sponsor may require these documents to be notarized. If the potential winner cannot be reached, declines, is ineligible, or does not return the documents on time, the prize is forfeited and Sponsor may select an alternate from the remaining eligible entries, up to three alternates. If no eligible winner is confirmed, the prize may go unawarded.
8. Grand Prize and Approximate Retail Value (ARV)
One (1) Grand Prize: a race trip for the winner and one guest to one run event of the winner’s choice in the contiguous United States taking place in calendar year 2027, made up of:
round-trip economy or economy-plus airfare for the winner and the guest from a major airport near the winner’s home;
one shared hotel room for up to 3 nights at a standard (about 3–4 star) hotel selected by Sponsor; no private rentals;
reimbursement of the registration (entry) fees for the chosen event for the winner and the guest;
Noxgear gear of the winner’s choice, up to $250 retail (winner only).
Sponsor books the airfare and hotel. The winner and guest register for the event and Sponsor reimburses the entry fees (Section 9). Total ARV: up to $4,999. Actual value depends on the event, departure city and travel dates; any difference between the ARV and actual value will not be paid. If the chosen event and travel would cost more than $4,999, the winner may choose another event or pay the difference. Total ARV of all prizes in this Promotion: $4,999.
9. Prize Terms
The winner must choose and confirm their event by December 31, 2026, or at least 90 days before the event, whichever is first. Travel must be completed by December 31, 2027.
Sponsor books and pays for airfare and lodging directly. The winner and guest register for the chosen event and pay the entry fees; Sponsor reimburses the fees on proof of payment, within the total ARV. No reimbursement for self-booked travel unless Sponsor agrees in writing. If the winner drives instead of flying, Sponsor will reimburse mileage at the IRS standard rate, within the total ARV.
Events with a lottery, qualifying standard or other limited entry may be chosen. Entry is gained through the event’s own process; Sponsor does not buy guaranteed, charity or tour-package entries. Gaining entry is not a condition of the travel portion of the prize: airfare and hotel are provided for the chosen event either way, and the entry-fee reimbursement applies only to fees actually paid.
Guest: must be 18 or older, or a minor travelling with their parent or legal guardian (who must be the winner or sign for the minor). The guest travels on the same itinerary as the winner and signs the releases in Section 7. If the guest cannot travel, the winner travels alone; no cash or other compensation for the guest’s unused portion. The winner is responsible for the guest’s conduct.
If the event is cancelled or rescheduled, Sponsor will help the winner choose another qualifying 2027 event. Once travel is booked, no changes, substitutions, cash or reimbursement for any reason, including no-shows.
Not included: meals, drinks, gratuities, ground transportation, travel insurance, personal and incidental expenses, and anything not listed in Section 8.
The winner is responsible for valid identification, any health or travel requirements, and their own conduct. Sponsor may end the trip without compensation for conduct that endangers others or breaks the law.
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize or component of equal or greater value if one cannot be provided.
The winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 for the value of the prize awarded.
10. Separate Offer: 400-Entry Free Product (not part of the sweepstakes)
Entrants who reach 400 total entries before 8:00 p.m. ET on Wednesday, October 28, 2026 receive one single-use code for one free product, selected by Sponsor and announced before codes become valid, with an order of $75 or more of other merchandise on noxgear.com (the free item does not count toward the $75; tax and shipping excluded). Codes are emailed to qualifying entrants and are valid only from 8:00 p.m. ET October 28 through 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) Sunday, November 1, 2026. One per person; while supplies last. Sponsor may end the offer when its allotment is exhausted. Entries earned after 8:00 p.m. ET October 28 do not count toward this offer. No cash value; not combinable with other free-gift offers unless stated. Reaching 400 does not affect the odds of winning.
11. Warranty Disclaimer
The prize is provided as is. Sponsor makes no warranty of any kind about the prize or any component, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except the standard Noxgear product warranty on Noxgear gear.
12. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, SweepWidget, and their affiliates, employees and agents, and Meta, X, TikTok and other platforms, from any claim, loss or damage arising from entering, the Promotion, or accepting, using or misusing the prize, including personal injury, death, property damage, travel incidents, and claims about publicity or privacy. Sponsor is not responsible for events beyond its reasonable control (including weather, pandemics, government orders, strikes or event cancellations), and such events are not a breach of these rules.
13. Publicity
Except where prohibited, accepting the prize grants Sponsor permission to use the winner’s name, likeness, city and state, and statements about the Promotion, in advertising and promotion in any media, without further compensation or notice.
14. Privacy
Information collected is used to run the Promotion, fulfill prizes, and send the Noxgear marketing emails (and texts, where consented) the entrant agreed to, under Noxgear’s Privacy Policy at noxgear.com/privacy-policy. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time; doing so before the drawing forfeits bonus and doubling entries as stated in Section 4.
15. Website Integrity, Multiple Accounts, Changes
Deliberately damaging the website or interfering with the Promotion may break the law; Sponsor may seek damages to the fullest extent allowed. Using more than one email address, fake identities, automated tools, VPNs, proxies or any other way of getting more entries than these rules allow voids all of that person’s entries and may disqualify them. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, lost or misdirected entries, email filtering, or network problems. If fraud, technical failure or anything else beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the Promotion, Sponsor may cancel, suspend or modify it, and may award the prize from eligible, non-suspect entries received up to that point. Any change will be posted on this page with its date.
October 24, 2026 update: early access, the purchase-entry window, the doubling window and the 400-entry offer now start 8:00 p.m. ET Wednesday, October 28, 2026; the doubling window and 400-entry offer codes now end 10:00 a.m. ET Sunday, November 1, 2026; purchase entries apply to every qualifying order; email claim links added as a bonus method; Sponsor-created orders excluded.
16. Disputes, Arbitration, Governing Law
Informal resolution first. Before starting any claim, the entrant must send Sponsor a written description of the dispute and the relief requested at the address in Section 1, and allow 30 days to resolve it.
Arbitration. Any dispute not resolved informally will be resolved individually, not as a class or representative action, by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Entrants and Sponsor waive any right to a jury trial. Recoverable damages are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs of entering, excluding attorneys’ fees; punitive, incidental and consequential damages are waived, except where prohibited.
Law. Ohio law governs these rules, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
17. Winner’s Name
For the winner’s name, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Noxgear Run of a Lifetime 2026 – Winner, 966 Proprietors Rd, Worthington, OH 43085, received within 90 days of the drawing.
